We have been very blessed with fantastic amounts of rain this month.  A wopping 80mm fell on the night of the 27 November 2011. The Chinese geese are enjoying the rain and all the extra little dams that pop up over night with the rain fall. 

As we enter the el nino, rain seems to be the order of the day, so start your preparations to be "rain ready", maybe an extra pair of gumboots and an umbrella should be added to the shopping list.  Two weeks ago we had 185mm of rain which topped up all our dams to overflowing again.
