• Adjacent to the conference room is a hall perfect for larger events: Weddings, Corporate Functions, Special Events, etc.

Adventure - Team Building

• Our team building activities use theory translated into interactive experience.
• The program involves a combination of facilitation, discussion and experiential learning processes.
• Removing the individual fromhis/her comfort zone adds an element of self-discovery.  Uncertainty, perceived risk, and adventure all create a dynamic learning environment.
• Participation encourages high levels of emotional and physical involvement, actively exposing people to experiences that test perceptions and promote new ideas in the work place.
• The role of our facilitators is to bring context to situation, convince through insight, and solve through understanding.
• Areena's team building activities are value based focusing on key group dynamics within the team.  This leads to a highly effective, efficient, and more cohesive group which enables increased performace within the organisation.
• Activites:  Survivor type challenges, Ropes Course, Team Task Course and Fun Games.
• All other Areena adventure activities work well in conjunction with our team building programs

Drum Circle - Gather around...

• Throughout the day, people will discover new aspects about themselves as well as gain a new appreciation for the "hidden" abilites of their fellow group members.
• To conclude a day of focused fun, Areena calls everyone around her bonfire.  Our drum circle will allow the group to come together and create harmony.
• Even the inexperienced can contribute to the rythm.
